Sorry I cant seem to locate the toturial on posting pics when i try and preview post it tells me some error i am using flicker. add image button on board and it says. You are not allowed to use that image extension on this board.

Yes I cook I dont get to use pepper in most of my dishes because my family doesnt like the heat. I am in Central Florida 45 min from tampa 1hr from orlando. Winter Haven is the citys name.
