My name is Tom...most people call me Tommy, T-Man, T, Buff or just hey you.
 
I'm new to the forum, but not to hot peppers and sauces.  I'll probably be an Extreme Member soon, but I wanted to check out the forum first for free.  
 
I grew up in Buffalo and had my first wing right after I got my first tooth.  So, I've been hooked on hot stuff for a long time.
 
I really like creating stuff and I've been a home canner for a long time. I have a few crocks that I ferment stuff in -- pickles especially -- but lately I've been using them for making mash.
