Howdy from Texas!

Howdy everyone,
it's good to join in the forum and I was ecstatic to come across it. I've been doing home made hot sauces for about a year and was doing research when I came across the forum. Relatively soon I'm looking at jumping into official bottling and selling, but for now I continue my experimentation!
 
My current project:
A fermented hot sauce using chipotle peppers.
 
My current experiment:
Using cuttlefish ink to make a black hot sauce.
