Pepper Ridge Farm said:welcome to THP. Nothing like a hot pepper to take away the chill. Got any favorites?
That's a tough one.
I make a pretty mean Peri Peri chicken, and I've grown a few in the past.
Piquin, Tepin, Peri Peri (Piri Piri or whatever you fancy calling them), Habaneros, Cayenne, Thai Lady Finger, Congo Peppers, Scotch Bonnets, a few others here and there.
There's a guy in Calgary that makes Acid Rain and he's given me some really hot powders to play with before. Got some Naga powder, some Hatari powder, and milder stuff like Ancho, New Mex, stuff like that.
I'm a bit of a nomad so I've never really had a permanent spot to grow peppers. Once I buy a house(whenever that is), I'll give growing another try.
