i love hot sauces, always have, but am starting to get a little more interested in the wide variety out there, and specifically making my own.
i've been a food fermenter for quite some time, so I hope the transition into fermenting hot sauces will be smooth.
the one hot sauce that has been lingering in the back of my mind was a yellow caribbean hot sauce w/ mustard that i fell in love with while in St. Thomas a few years ago. i hope to be able to re-create something similar this year.
i'm gonna plant some different varieties of peppers in the garden this year to help the cause!
