Get some started plants from Lowes, Home Depot, etc. You will be good to go yet. Also, there are venders here on THP shipping started plants.Hunter said:

Don't wait, just buy a few plants and grow them. Even if you don't get ripe peppers, at least you gain the experience of what works and what doesn't.
Still not too late, though. I just planted 40 rockwool cubes of Baccatums two days ago and I am pretty sure that I will get pods from them this summer.
