Little about myself and my background , chef for 10 years , started farming this past year ( organic produce , ipm managed apple orchard ) as well as beginning microgreen production experimentation indoors. Now I'm turning to chill peppers as I find not many of the local organic farmers produce anything hotter than a bonnet . Starting two plants indoors under led full spectrum 7 pot brain , any advice you can offer is highly appreciated
