HPS or MH?

Peppers flower when they decide to flower. Light (hps/mh) will have nothing to do with it. Stay with what works best for the growth you want.
 
Not sure if this will help.  I blend HPS and MH with florescent on the sides.  No way to blend evenly.  The sides that get more HPS seem to get taller, almost leggy but not horribly so.  Ignore the cannabis forums advice for spectrum and day length.  Completely different plants.
