I was cooking the wings at 7:30 at my buddy's butcher shop. Got to the radio station at 8. Was on the air at 8:30. I had the wings in an aluminum tray and transported them in an insulated bag. Worked well. What I really want is a Cambro. Tough to shell out the money for one.
