Hydro Gardens Pepper blend

Hey guys new to the forum. Has anyone tried Hydro Gardens Chem Grow pepper blend? Seems like a modified Masterblend. It's NPK is 11-11-40. I'm hydroponic growing a reaper in a 5 gal bucket and adding the calcium nitrate and magnesium sulfate as directed. The plant has great growth but I'm dropping flowers and not fruiting at all. Does it sound like too much nitrogen?
Sorry wrong thread

Hi and welcome! :)

Probably need a bit more info to establish the reason for your flower drop. It could be a number of things.

Elaborate on your grow space - light type, Fans, max and min temperatures, medium and watering schedule/system etc..

Too high or low temps, warm 'wind' are just as likely.

I'm using a 4 bulb t5 fixture with the Hortilux power veg bulbs mixing 2 full spectrum and 2red spectrum bulbs. I keep my water temp around 70-72 and aim for a ph of 6.0. Constant air flow with a regular house fan

I use hydro gardens ferts. They are great but I would recomend going 1/2-2/3 strength. I had a chocolate hab shoot up to 6 1/2'-7' tall. I also had setting problems at full strength. Are you shaking your plants? I found that fans usually are not enough movement to get the pollen flying. Good luck!

Yeah I'm using an electric toothbrush to try to get some pollen moving around
I was actually thinking about trying the 4-18-38 instead to see if that would make a difference. Was also wondering if cutting back on the calcium nitrate would lower the nitrogen level
