Then all you need is a 3 or 5 gallon bucket and some nutrient solution. Its fairly easy to build and operate.

Cayenne, I am not terribly worried about ph up and ph down, but my tap water is pretty good from the start. I am not sure what my ppm is and dont really care, the plant is thriving, so it is happy, updated pictures will be put up later today, but I warn you all, this thing has gone freakishly mad on me in the last week, doesnt even look like the same plant, its unreal...

That is not necessarily the case as I learned my 1st attempt growing peppers hydroponically. I had giant, lush green "thriving" plants that never set fruit. Problem turned out to be nutrient concentration was too high causing the plant to abort flowers. I had literally thousands of flowers with no fruit with EC around 1.5. I switched to plain tap water for a few weeks before feeding a much lower .8ish EC. Before long I had more peppers than I could eat.

Also you really should get a pH tester at the very least, can kinda guestimate EC/PPM if you change your reservoir fairly regularly but pH is a crapshoot otherwise. My tap water measures a 9 pH which is WAY too basic for most plants.

Good luck with the grow, it really is amazing how fast they'll grow in hydro vs soil.

PH can change over time, just because the ph in your Res is good one day doesnt mean it will be the same 3-4-5 days later. I'm no Hydro expert, I have had a DWC set up before, it wasnt peppers, but I'm sure its probably just as important to have a good PPM and PH. I think the H202 is definatly a good start though. Your plant looks like its doing great!

Who knows, maybe you dont need to worry, I'd just prefer to be safe than sorry. I have heard stories of DWC going terribly wrong over night. I only wish you the best of luck bro, so sorry if I sound like a douche for pushing a PPM meter and a PH meter.

check this out, PH made a difference for him.

And it is confirmed, WE HAVE PODS!!!! I have counted 4 so far, there are about a dozen flowers that are pollinated and have the little green pearl inside them with the string sticking out the end.
