Thanks for link. Peter is great master of peppers. I need small price for seeds about 50-100$ for 1000 seeds.
 
You may get your wish price with bell peppers or common stuff, but no one is selling 1,000 seeds of a rare variety for that low of a cost probably.
 
It doesn't look as if you can actually send anything to Russia legally. this is the list from Fedex...

Regrettably your national department of agriculture no longer allow the importation of certain seed types form the EU which include the likes of Pepper, Tomato, onion, aubergine etc.
 
As such we have had to cease sales of these items to Russia as per your national laws.
