Then, when the last third got cold, I added a couple oz XO Cafe, some Distiller's Reserve SK Rum, and a splash of double-cream and enjoyed a cold beverage over ice

Only made better by some homemade whole-wheat/spelt sourdough, and sriracha'd buttermilk ranch ...

The twang of the buttermilk and sourdough create a beautiful harmony, like ...
