smoking I Like.... Big.... BUTTS!!!

I inject my "butts" with a solution that involves boiling a few serranos, ancho and guajillo's, garlic, piloncillo, and......a smoked rasberry chipoltle dipping sauce in a mild brine then puree the heck out of it, and get to sticking.  Then I let it marinate overnight in the fridge in a ziplock  next day is pecan and oak wood time! 
 
Did a little smoking this weekend.  Pork butt for dinner was delicious.  I also made some Memphis BBQ sauce and threw that in the smoker for a few hours.  Brought some of both into work today so guess what is for lunch.
