Now I share a Turkish recipe, you can make very spicy, we have this with many hot peppers. Most recipe say to use red pepper or hot sauce but in my country we use very hot pepper from market. If you try you post the result.

I can see that being a wonderful healthy Winter meal.  Here stews usually have liquid added to them such as wine, beef broth, and water.  I will try this.
