I ran into a problem.

I'm getting ready to replant my plants in to the plastic glasses, and one of the plants has 2 plants growing in the same exact spot, What do you guys do when you run in a problem like this?

It depends on how big the plants are. If they are small then cutting the roots will cause problems with growth.
