I really need to know whats causing this prob

I'm not a plant pathologist, but I did a google search and found something similar to the leaf spotting on your plant.

Another thing I would do is look for any possible pests.

Pull off a blemished leaf and look at the bottom side of the leaf under a magnifier for any critters.

Hopefully some experienced pepper growers can chime in and help to pinpoint the problem and a possible solution for you.

I hate to say it, but it sure does look like Bacterial leaf spot as dvg said...

it looks like to me to be a text book sample of it.

I highly recommend taking a leaf to your local agricultural agent and confirm this...

if it is, you may lose all of your plants...it is IMO the worst disease a pepper grower can get...treating for it is hard from what I remember reading...

I have it on a lot of my over wintered plants, it started at the end of summer on my annuums and then moved to my habs. first, it hit my tomatoes and then moved to my pepper plants that were in totes that sat near my tomatoes. originally, i thought it may have been from the high copper content from molasses as i used it to assist in fermenting my seaweed fertilizer.

if found the same articles on bacterial leaf spot.

you will find nothing on the underside of the leaf.

Have you fed your plant recently?

Skim milk works on TMV and alot of other bacterial diseases,It wont cure the affected leaves but will prevent further spread.
I would tear off the affected leaves then give it a spray.

Hmmm not recently but I do think I might have over fertilized some of teh plants a while back because the branches and leaves were coming up all twisted up but slowly that sorted itself out.

How far back was that, do you recall? Have you fed it more since that time? If it's been less than a month, this may be your issue. Your leaves look a heck of a lot like mine when I went a little heavy on the fertz. First these burn looking deformities and then leaves dropping like mad. I thought my plant was done, but I flushed well with plain water and....she still dropped at LEAST 60% of her leaves, but she came back surprising strong before winter hit.

I dunno, just something else you may be able to look into.
