I think I figured out what I have been growing.

Looking around at things I believe I am growing Aji Red peppers. Here are the pics that got me thinking. These pics ar of the ame pepper, one is of it starting to ripen.

So what do you guys think?? Its about the same shape, size, and texture as what Im growing.
 
Flowers can't be seen from the front, but looking at the leaves I am pretty sure your plant is a chinense, i.e. it can't be an Aji.
 
I agree, that looks like C.Chinense, because of leaves and that there looks like (but I can't confirm) more than one flower per node.
 
I agree. Would say a Chinense, though one can't see the flower too well they have that greenish hint of the Chinenses. That flower isn't one of a Baccatum, for sure !
