Identifying a Habanero need a little help.

Picked these up in March of this year from my local plant nursery. The Habanero plant in question about is the first picture. The second picture is what I've always expected on Habaneros. Matter of fact all my Habanero plants have looked like the 2nd picture. One thing that's most noticeable is the pods start off almost white with a little yellow and eventually turn orange. The leaves are much larger as well. It produces a really good pod I've found that it produces much more floral taste than my other Habaneros. Thanks

It's heat reminds me of a scotch bonnet. We have been using it in pico. It's flavor goes hand in hand with the notes of the cilantro.
I believe your 100% correct after reading it shows how they turn a little purplish tint to the skin before they turn orange. Also they are native to the Caribbean islands. Thanks on the quick answer.
