"Crisis" is a bit drama queenish, don'cha think? Can you give us a bit more info? Did you grow them yourself or get them from a grocer or farmers market, for example? Did you ask the person/store/whatever you got them from what they might be first? They do appear to be rather capsicum annuum-like, so maybe a cayenne type.

i grew them from seeds taken from the centre two chillis which look exactly the same. there Chinense btw, not looking to classify them, just after the name.

Then I would say they are crosses of those red chinenses with an annuum. You will note that the chinenses have thin pod stems but the pod stems on the offspring are thicker, like annuums. The two easily cross.
 
using that rationale, all of the above are annuums which is not true. the above pods were dry(bought a box of mixed pods).
thanks for the input geeme, i m just gonna enjoy them whatever they are and grow it next yr as well. they re good:)
