That my aunt and uncle from Hawaii think of me. They are here visiting and today they ventured to Gatlinburg and came back with a present for me

I have only tried the trinidad hot sauce. I expected something a little hotter out of a sauce made with the Moruga Scorp but the sauce tastes very good. Nice heat with that nice fruity finish from the pepper. But don't get me wrong, the sauce is hot. I just expected it to melt my face.

I have both the Trini Scorp sauce & puree, great stuff. You can enjoy the flavor without blowing the top of your head off. If you over do it, you might be busy next morning, but what the hell, at my age a little intestinal lube comes in handy every now and then
