im making a sauce right now i have mango, pineapple, celery, onion, garlic, vinegar, salt pepper, red yellow and choc 7 pots, all types of nagas ,bhuts
question is will tomato paste go well with a fruity sauce?
In my humble opinion, the tomato paste would be a bad idea for the ingredients you listed. Plus, all those peppers would make a nice fruity sauce. Good luck and let us know how it turns out!
+1 on the no-tomato paste. Also, the celery, you might find, won't break down properly and might mess with your texture a bit. Too much onion and particularly garlic in a fruit sauce can also be off-putting, particularly in terms of the aroma.
sauce is just for personal use and for friends to enjoy. Idé say it would work best sith seafood and even on a steak. sorry no pics of making it but have the end result. A medium to xhot really depends on your immunity to heat , thick but not too thick can still run when u tip the bottles upside down. i think i done a good job on this it taste unreal works with the heat and it was just off the top of my head.(no recipe).
I did use old bottles of sauce ive bought before so ive tried to hide the labels just incase it was needed. i do not intend to sell.
