pests Indoor pepper pest ID?

Well I had a variant from plants grown from my original Reaper plants. Nice looking brown pods . Anyhow I brought them inside so to isolate them and hopefully get uncrossed seeds . Been battling aphids and now I see these tiny flying bugs on them. Anybody know what they are?

My guess is fungus gnats. Do a Google image search and see what you think.

Heres a pic of my hopeful pepper -only one thats really taken since I brought them indoors. They are chocolate in color when mature.

That is an amazing picture. Might want to look in to a Bti product. They're a bit of a hassle to get this time of year, but clears up gnats quite well.
