Hey you all.  You have been so helpful in the past I was hoping for some tips on this.
 
I finally got some green peppers coming after 2 years at this and now I have some weird little colonies of critters taking over most of my buds.  They are so small that it is hard to see with the naked eye, but it appears as though there are multiple different types of bugs all living together ... some white, some black, green or grey.  Some areas where they are have some web like features to them and some don't.

Is there a natural remedy to get rid of these guys?  I'd like to keep it relatively organic.  A neighbor mentioned I should buy 500 ladybugs for like $9 and turn them loose in there, but I'd rather just run to the store or put together some type of mixture.
 
Aphids
Get the lady bugs right now before the aphid population really explodes.

You will have to corral them in the plant area as they will fly or wander off. you want the to lay eggs in the plants.
 
Ladybugs should really take care of that for you. I sprayed for aphids all last winter and they would not die. It got to a point where all my plants were really suffering from them and all the treatments. I gave up and bought the ladybugs. Within two weeks there were zero aphids to be found.

I never would have imagined how much easier it would be to buy bugs online than to find a net to put over the plants.
 
Does anyone have an idea where to even start with that?  I need a net that has a small enough weave to keep them in, not weigh the plants down and also let sun in?
 
Get Green Lacewing eggs.
Lady bugs tend to not hang around en mass,and migrate.
 
 
Larva from Green Lacewings are Way more Vicious than Ladybug Larva-eat more nasties of different kinds too.
 
I buy eggs,you put them in bags provided and spread them around hanging from several plants.
 
I don't have a Winter,but they come back every year for so far 10 or so years.
Haven't seen an aphid in years,along with stuff/nasties I used to get before.
Ants love to eat Lacewing eggs.
I used Terro Ant Bait to get rid of Ants-Haven't seen them in years either.The hives/nests got killed off.
Terro brand is best.
I put it in soda bottle caps in the ant trails-2 days latter they are gone.
 
Nets here are not cool.
Plants get too hot and buds drop(sounds like a Country Western Song Lyrics). :)

They can smell an Aphid from a long ways off.
 
Indoors they are what i used ONCE.
Since then I see 1 or 2 mummies a year  Outside.
They Don't fly around in the house,unless they smell,or whatever aphids.
They are so small they found the space around my doors to attack the Aphids in my Garden.
 
I purchased 1 pack of thousands of Adults 1 time.
It was like watching a Cartoon when I opened the container lid.
They made a bee line to my grow shelves.
 
I bought from Green Arrow/Green Thumb -they sold Tip Top Bio Products.
Green Thumb/Arrow closed in July.
 
I don't know your winter Temps.
Here the Lacewings and Wasps show up when needed.
Happened for years,so far.
 
$10.00 might sound cheap,but you'll end up watching 10 hanging out while the others flew away...
 
Use the Wasps!
Nothing better for Aphids,If other nasties are a problem too,Try Lacewings.

buglogical.com sells ladybugs and other beneficials. I bought from them each year since starting to grow chiles. Solid company. 
 
Bonide Fruit and Nut does the trick for me.  There are 2 or 3 Bonide products that work and all have around the same name(citrus, fruit and nut.... Tomato and Vegetable...).  Get the concentrate and mix yourself. 
 
No issues trying to get lady bugs to stick around or go exactly where you want them, etc...
 
First, wash them off. It's pretty easy to knock most of them off with a stream of water. Then use a soapy water solution to keep them under control. Easy-peasy-mac-n'-cheesy.
