Ingredient list

Does anybody have a source of what needs to be specified on ingredient lists? If I have a spice blend, do I simply put spices or do I specify each one?

Any help is most appreciated.

It should be up to whoever licenses your product, but in WA state I don't have to break down the spices. Sometimes they want garlic and onion listed as those are considered allergens by some "authorities having jurisdiction".
