Hi there. Have only recently stumbled across this forum but have found it very interesting.

I am sorry if this question is a bit too location specific, however, I was wondering if anyone familiar with Perth would know where the most convenient places to get pectin and xanthan gum are in Perth?

edit- for finding pectin and xanthan, in general, pectin should be available in most well stocked grocery stores, look in the canning supplies section. Xanthan can be found at natural foods/health foods stores. It's often used in gluten-free baking.
