Inner Beauty Mango-Scotch Bonnet Sauce

A friend of mine was raving about this mango sauce he had years ago. He found out that the sauce's creator had released the recipe on youtube. I've never heard of it, you? It looks different from most mango sauce recipes that I've seen. Here it is:

I was married in Barbados and have had this type sauce many times. Finally out now but used to keep it on hand, time for another trip!

Inner Beauty hot sauce was one of my all time favorites. He stopped making it and I got a knock off recipe that was close to it and played around a with a little more.

Anyway it's a great sauce

On both of my trips to Barbados, it is what i brought back each time. Ran out long ago. One of my first favorites!

Yeah I have been 3 times for a total of about 7 weeks and I love that place. First house we stayed in had a scotch bonnet field behind it that I had to pass each day on my way to surf!

I had done a thread several years ago where I used my version of Inner Beauty Hot Sauce. I used a recipe that the guy that originated Inner Beauty did called "Pasta From Hell" but I added chicken thighs. I see now I mispelled a few things .... but still it tastes great. Even as a simple pasta dish this is great. The fruit ... especially the bananas all niching up the dish is a killer ..

At times the names of recipes get to me. "Rasta Pasta " or "Pasta from Hell" or "Anything from Hell" ..... makes it me crazy cause most are so different.
