I am a true pepperhead. I grow all sorts of peppers from sweet to super hot. This year I grew the Bhut Jolokia. I had three plants and produced over 600+ pods. This is the hottest thing I have ever tasted but I do not like the citrus flavor. I favorite peppers are the Chile Tepin. This small pepper has a great taste and a pretty good wallup from the heat. Each year during the growing season I consume peppers with every meal. Once the growing season is over, I dehydrate and grind all my peppers into powder. This powder provides satisfaction for my craving through out the entire winter and spring months. Have a GREAT DAY!
