This question isnt to knock anyone in the States that makes a hot sauce, or makes a GOOD hot sauce. It just seems like, in general, all of the REALLY good sauces come from Australia.
I would say, from the States, the best sauce I have had is the Piney Hab by Justaguy. Yup, WAY better than Blair's stuff, no offense Blair!
As far as a "traditional" wing sauce, States or anywhere else, I would have to give it to DEFCON, obviously.
