Is this a barrakapore

I got some seeds sent from Patrick last year and I grew them out this season and I think they might of been a cross?
I've been messaging Patrick about this and he thinks it would be best to ask you guys for your opinion.

I think they taste very hot just as hot as any pod I've tasted this year and they have a very strong smell sort of like a chocolate naga type smell.
I'm not saying its crossed with a chocolate naga I thought it was the best way to describe the smell.

Man that looks like a tasty hot juicy pepper. It does not look like a barrackpore to me but I have seen many versions of it. It does have the ribbed walls but a litttle too round . Here is a pic of some of mine. Which also came from Patrick.

looks to be regular 7pod but pods get stunted this time of year with the weather change so it can be hard to tell.

IMO it looks like a Barrakapore/Doughlah cross.

i have a small pod on a plant and it looks like your top pod in the pic. i would go with it. my source was pepperlover.

doesn't appear to be barrackpore to me... mine look like jamie's.

All the pods are small with the one in the picture been about the biggest,the plants about 70cm tall and is in a 20litre bucket,it was started in January like all my plants.
It's had pods since about July and they have taken ages to ripen.

Barrackpore pods are giant and elongated and finish to a crimson red. They remind me of a Jonah in size but have pod elongation were it tappers to a point at the end.

The outside skin texture looks about right but that shape is all wrong IMO Jamie's are truer to form.

Do you think they might of got stunted some how?

Very well could be stunted. My first few pods looked much like yours till it got dialed in.

mine are definitely stunted due to cold, they just didn't have a enough time to grow. but like i mentioned the pod that i have, small as it is, looks likes his top pod.
