plant Is this a pepper plant?

If so, what kind?  This random plant popped ip in our flower garden.  Last season I grew A few varieties of Scorpion peppers, some Jalapeno, cayenne, banana, and bells.  Nothing that resembled this.  The peppers are grown about 50 feet from where this guy popped up.  The wife also grw an ornamental out front, but it was a squat little bush plant, not tall like this one.  The leaves and flowers look similar to the scorpion. 
 
Any Ideas?

Are they clusters of berries on the end of a single stem I can see? Nightshade of some sort but definitely not Capsicum.
 
I wouldn't go trying them either, there's a good chance they may be poisonous.
