Is this Chinense or Annuum

I have no clue how to tell the difference, especially before flowers/pods form.

In another thread someone told me that this plant looked annuum.  I thought it was a Moruga Scorpion.  At the time it was sown I had no other seeds other than the ones I bought from CCN.  Every type I bought was a Chinense, so a mix up on my part is out of the question.  I am just wondering if it could be a mix up on their part.

It is much larger than all of it's siblings btw.  Back row, center plant.

I can't see the picture here at work, but for future reference, annuums will produce one flower/pod per node, while chinense will produce multiples per node. This is the easiest way to tell.

 I would say baccatum

This definitely proves it's not a chinense then...  Does it help tell if it is a baccatum or annuum?

C. pubescens has black seeds :)

Flowers are usually a good indicator (yours is annuum) but grow several species a few years in a row and you can tell just by leaf and growth habits

White flowers no marks.. Plant stretch.. Darker leaves .. I have a lot of annums that do that weird leave curl around like there chasing sunlight like your plants bottom leaves did too..

Annum
