Is this edema?

Hi,

I'm a beginner grower but my plants seem to be growing quite well. I'm growing indoors under lights.

Recently, I've been noticing that on of my plants and also some others (but to a lesser extent) have light-greenish patterns on them:

The underside looks like this:

With the exception of this, the plant looks fine and keeps growing. If this is edema, would letting it dry out more between watering help?

Best Regards,
Emil Eriksson

To me it looks like it could be Rust Mites There the worse spider mite out there and from all I read are Hard to get rid of.. :(

I put up a fan which blows across the plants and I'm planning to reduce my watering. I might have been watering a bit too much, I'm afraid. Do you think the plant will be allright if I do this?
