is this normal

can some of you experts tell me if this is normal my largest plant has started to change colors.

after color change. is this normal. i went from a small jump start grow light in my window to a 400w HID light. the light is about 3 1/2 feet above the plant. there is a metal haloyide light in it.
 
My Serrano also turned yellow like in your picture but im not sure why? i hope its not Too much nitrogen or deficiency of a nutrient
 
Yeah, that plant is thirsty.

Edit: Don't worry it will turn a lovely green after you water it. Give it a day and it will look nice and green.
 
I've seen this a few times when I overwatered my plants. That leaves you with three things that could be the cause... too much water, too little water, or too few nutes.
