water Is this overwatering?

Hello,
I’m having some troubles with my peppers, the leaves of my plants are turning yellow, as you can see in the pics.
I guess I’ve overwatered the plants; the soil I’ve used is good and new, so I don’t think it’s a lack of nutrients.
Can you help me?

Start with a little research:

Yellow leaf problem
Seedling problem?

You're in Italy. "the soil I’ve used is good and new, so I don’t think it’s a lack of nutrients,." Soil? It looks like potting media.

It looks like it. I double my cups up and water from the bottom. It's good to have drainage, so putting holes in the cups next time might be a good idea. I just use a knife.
