Trinidad, and the Tobago seasoning pepper the same? I seen them called different names, but same thing maybe?

Different peppers from what I've heard
I've grown several versions of Trinidad seasoning and Tobago seasoning, and there are many types going around the forums these days. Some are mild and some are actually quite hot. I recommend getting seeds from someone who's grown them for a few years so at least you know what you're getting
