On the twelth day of Christmas Slosh & Calais try Island Nightmare from Jungle Rain - http://junglerain.com.au/
This was a really interesting sauce ... a tropical hot sauce with a perfect sweet burst of pineapple flavour at the beginning full of coconut ... you can almost feel the little bits of coconuts in your mouth ... no heat whatsoever for us but MammaCass said she did get a tingle later ... this would be awesome as a salad dressing ... or my idea of a pork-chop with a piece of ham on top, a layer of this sauce and then a slice of pineapple ... I dreamed of it last night ... I must try this ... this must become a thing ...
