It happened, woo hoo

Ive been growing starts for a few years but this year I did the seeds and having sown some on 2-15 I have had a lot of germination. Today is special though because I have a baby bhut jolkia. I can hardly wait to eat it.

Now now, that kind of favoritism can lead to some vicious sibling rivalry. You don't want the others to gang up on your Bhut and toss him out of the garden, do you?

Congrats CF...may there be many more to come...pods too

Man!! The excitement we feel at these pepper related triumphs! We can all relate. I had the same exact excitement when a baby Naga poked through the soil. Congratulations Chicagofire! That's fantastic!

Congrats on the sprouts! But I would wait until they produce pods to eat them. Although, right now they are a good source of amino acids and don't taste all that bad.
