Its Christmas Again!

I must have been a very good boy here lately. I got three nice packages in the mail this week.

From left to right Joyner's Hot Pepper Powders, sent me a superhot blend, a non-superhot blend, and a pork coffee rub, MuskyMojo sent me a 1/4ounce sample of the powder being used in the Fast Food Dare, and Katrina sent me three of her fermented sauces. All of which are fantastic by the way. I am going to be doing an unofficial review after I make some more food with them. Thank you all for your generosity! Its going to be a hot weekend around here!

I think your coffee rub and Katrina's smoked jalapeno sauce would be GREAT together on ribs or a pork butt. Will keep you posted.

No I am afraid not. I am still working on finishing up that box from last weekend.

Heated up some leftover wings in the oven with some hab sauce and some of MM's powder, then a couple of slices of pizza also with hab sauce and some of Joyner's cherry smoked non superhot powder. Both were YUM!

Especially if you added some brown sugar to my smoked Jal sauce!!!
