It's not a Madballz 7 but what?

After the large storm in the spring most of my plant were thrown out of their pots into the yard. Lost a bunch and tags for them. This is the only plant like this I have. It very nasty hot not brain hot but painful. Strat p s it's not pointy like the Madballz I have.

I have one Madballz plant that is producing caramel pods...

I have a cross that was labled "Not Madballz Rusty 7 Pod" that did look somewhat like yours,  till I grew it out again this season then it looked much wilder really pimpled, twisty tailed and wrinkled but the same light green riping to a nice rusty colored pod that looked more like it had some T.S. in it  and some 7 pod but I'm not sure that they could be the parents.
I'd say that if you were to grow it another season that shape  might look quite different.
