It's the End of the World as We Know It

Well, noone else has started the Apocolypse thread and we're almost out of time!!!

so- I have my water source, underground safe-(ish) room, some food, cash,...and I'm still wondering......



If a person has a Mayan calander "sculpture(?)" over their mantle, does that work like the Jewish blood on the door posts in the time of Moses to keep away the mayan angel of death?

And at exactly what time is this even supposed to take place? And how does time zones factor into it? If it's supposed to happen at 24:01 or 22:22 or 3:33am (which seems to be popular with Syrians or aliens.) on Dec 21st, then theoretically, the world would start devolving from the international date line and everyone in Australia would be vaporized and we'd see it on the news and have 15 hours to agonize and scramble......

I'm getting married on the 21st, so it is the end of the world as I know it ;)

However, the mayan calendar was misinterpreted.

just a lil over 3 hours till the 21st here in Aus, if the world does end at least we should have it over and done with before everyone else in the world starts complaining.
 
If the world is gonna end tomorrow, I think that means we need to eat something extra spicy tonight.

Being that you are ahead on your time.....
Could you not possibly post the results as to whether the world really ends on here, so I can find out for myself as to whether or not it really ends.
Besides, I've waited all my life to find out. hehe

I'm going to do my naked rain dance tonight at midnight. It will do one of two things, (1) prevent the zombie apocalypse, (2) make God throw up, thereby causing the end of the world. Either way, it has been a good run and it has been a pleasure knowing you all (well, most of you) :rofl:
 
If it were true......" Hallmark " would have been selling Farewell cards the 1st of the year to cash in on it...some folks just can leave empty handed..............heh
 
You guys apparently haven't heard the news - they postponed the "end of the world". Stay tuned...... well, or stay sane! LOL
 
only 1 day left to eat all the chilis and powder in my freezer? :scared: Thanks for the warning I better get working at it then
 
December 21st Is just a political ploy to get a ban on all AR15s and like guns so the people would not be able to resist the government as they suppress the people!!!
