GREEN APPLE, POBLANO PEPPER, JALAPEÑO, WHITE WINE VINEGAR, GARLIC, SEA SALT

Well i pretty much have all that but im going to use some green Hatch powder instead of the poblano. Love the simple ingredient list. I just need to forget to mention the apple to him before he tastes it. He is kinda funny about stuff like that. Once he tastes it and if he like it then its no problem :P

6 green Zapotec jalapeno deseeded
2 rather small tomatillo...little larger than golf balls
2 slices of Ginger Gold apple
1 tbs SpiceInc green Hatch chile powder
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp turmeric powder to try and bring back some of the lighter color...didnt work much
Blitzed in the Nutribullet and cooked down with just water...about 3/4 cup

Going to finish with Champagne vinegar and lime juice after its cooled/blended again.

You have some good sounding sauces!  Have you ever made anything using Ghost peppers?
Please post if you have.  I tried making some with blueberries but it was horrible.
