food Jalapeno Jalokia Jelly

so, you asked for it, and heres the pics.... This is a jalapeno and Bhut Jalokia Jelly.... The Jalokia is just a teaser...ALL you get from the Ghost, is a tiny bit of throat heat that makes you say "Where did that come from?"! Here are the pics!

You need to make cream cheese eggrolls and dip them in that jelly. My wife makes them all the time and we use store bought pepper jelly which is good, but what you got going would be even better.

Cream Cheese and Pepper Jelly.....pure heaven! I'll bet any egg roll, spring roll, or pot sticker would be proud to get dipped in that sticky-sweet goodness! I love the color of that jelly CH! Most store brands I've seen look so neon...like those green candied cherries...bleh!

Thanks for sharing pics! And I'd love to see what you do with the jelly as you use it! Now I want to make jelly...but I'm months away from that adventure!!!
