Jalapeno leaf problem...

I have a Jalapeno plant and some of it's leaves are doing this weird thing.... What is it?

Looks like it could be spider mites. Had them on some Caribbean reds last year. Leaves looked just like that.

I use a product called SpiderWipe. It's an organic miticide that kills spider mites and spider mite eggs. I mix it and use it as a foliar spray,and,it keeps my plants mite free.

It's fairly inexpensive as well. Around $15 a bottle.
