smoking JayT's Day of BBQ

Wow great look Q! I prefer smoking beef or pork, but after those pics I'm ready to add a chicken to the next smoke session!
 
Oh.. don't forget the chicken. Thighs are best imo, but chicken is a must for a great Q. I am finishing the last of it tonight. Was great all week.

i like the legs best but really enjoy the thighs as well...

most meat is good Q'd, its that sweet smokey flavor that does it...damn i need to cook something again..lol
