This is a great really simple summer grilling thing i've been doing....
Rub a mess of chicken drum with a dry jerk rub of your choice.....
mix-
1 tbs mango habanero hot sauce
3 tbs plain yougurt
2 finely minced scallions
1 tbs white sugar.
CHILL.
grill up the drums and use the above mix as a cooling fiery dipping sauce....
so good!!!
