Ingredients: beef, soy sauce (which contains water, soybeans, wheat, salt, molasses), worcestershire sauce (which contains vinegar, water, molasses, salt, sugar, anchovies, onions, garlic, citrus juice, tamarind citrus oil). Other ingredients: cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, Cajun seasoning, Spanish paprika, red pepper, black pepper, fresh habanero peppers. Sticker on package says "Also Added: Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Nitrate."
First Impression
Cool! A free flosser, lol (flosser included in pouch).
Taste
This is some good stuff! I swear it's like eating a spicy sirloin. It's thick, carmelized on the outside, and the inside is redder, like a steak. It's not shoe leather jerky, it's spicy, flavorful, and the perfect texture.
Heat
Could have been spicier.
Overall
Great stuff! Love the thickness and flavor. Would recommend a third heat level or heating up the "spicy".
