Here it is. Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong or if I should make any changes.

Seeds go into coir pucks. Pucks go into domed tray sitting on a heat mat.

Once sprouted, pucks go into the domed tray in the pic under the Praxxus inspired lighting rig (Here in NY, it would have been cheaper to go to Lowes, HD and get a shop light Rig).

I open the side vent on the dome at night so there is some airflow.

When the seedlings get too long or get their true leaves they go into those coir pots with worm
castings and MG seedling mix. I water with collected rain water in 1 gallon milk jugs.

Foliar spray and soil drench alternating;
Chili Focus (2-1-4)
Alaska Fish Fert (5-1-1)
MG Organic Plant food (from Sugar Beet Molasses)

The second pic is a closeup of the Praxxus inspired lighting rig.

The lighting rig has 4 bulbs
2 6500k CFL
2 2700k CFL

I would take off the humidity dome, let some fresh air circulate, get a fan on them to help the stems harden/prevent mold, and get those lights right up close to your plants so they don't become leggy, CFLs only produce max 1000 lumen each.

Thanks zantrax. Took the dome off, lowered the lights and got a fan on them. Hoping they get some good growth between now and Mid May when they can go outside.

UPDATE:

Got the 4x4 raised bed garden planted. 17 varieties. Looking forward to some serious heat this year. Hope everyone has a good grow this year.

From the plants I started from seed, I have salvaged just a Reaper and a Yellow 7.

UPDATE 07/30/2013

It's a jungle out there. Yellow scorpion and Peach Bhut pumping pods.
Everything else starting to gear up. Brain Strains and Morugas need to get it in gear.

wow your plants in the raised garden bed look amazing? i plan on making one how much was the cost of wood and how did you prepare the soil? did you just fill it up with garden soil bags if so how many bags did you use?

I got the 4 x 4 kit with a 7" depth from Lowes on sale for less than $30. If I recall correctly, I filled with 10 bags of top soil and 2 bags of compost(steer manure). For ferts I mixed in the Jobes Organic for Vegetables, and used the tiller to mix everything up.

one more question did you do any digging whatsoever or did you just fill it up

I just filled it up. I had 2 overgrown hedges that got cracked during the winter. I took them out, evened out the soil where they were, put the raised bed on the ground and filled it in.

Lots of pods.  Lucky to have had a second spell of warm weather.
