Thanks, I have found Jalapenos usually are the first to sprout for me, so I took a guess...

I just wanted to thank Chris for the powder, it is pretty HOT, but what impressed me was the flavor. The Pecan smoke really adds a dimension I did not anticipate.
 
I have made powders myself, mostly Bhut and Scorpion, to share with friends, but I simply grind dehydrated peppers into powder.
 
I really need to buy a smoker!!! 
 
What are the opinions on this one?

That is exactly the model those pods were smoked in...I bought the add-on side cart wood chip holder so I have cold smoke options.
