Ordered a new dehydrator (old one broke).
Poking around looking for a good Instant Pot recipe today for the maiden voyage this week, other than that nothing too spicy. I miss this place, I need more spice in my life again. <3

100* weather making sure everything gets enough water. My overwintered Bitdumis Rocoto is throwing out lots of ripe peppers right now as well as my Carribean Red. Both are loaded with ripe peppers. More heirloom tomatoes than we can eat so giving lots of them away( 20 plants ) next year cutting that amount in half.
Main thing im doing atm is trying to stop myself for picking some huge jalapenos off my chichimeca and Mucho Nacho plants. I havent had a ripe jalapeno yet this year and im dying for one.

Up potted my 2 Antep Aci Dolma plants. They are happy now and one has lots of pods on it.

Need to make a small batch of green hot sauce. Too lazy atm to run to the market just for 1-2 tomatillo so im going to try a little green tomato instead. Cut back on vinegar and probably increase lime juice.
